The Institute of Professional Managers & Administrators - the Management Body with an International Membership - for Professional Managers, Administrators and Supervisors

The objectives of the Institute are:-

¨ the promotion and advancement of efficient and effective management and administration in business, commerce, industry, public sectors and public services in countries all over the world, and to offer recognition for managerial expertise, managerial training undertaken and awards gained.

Membership is open to men and women who are engaged in, intend to become engaged in, or who have been engaged in management/administration, in any country of the world.

Membership is also available to suitably qualified/recognised engineers, architects, lawyers,

accountants, teachers, those involved in construction and project development, officers in police

forces, the armed forces and central and local government

On election to Membership, each Member is sent:-

1-The Institute’s Membership Certificate stating the Grade of Membership conferred.

2- Membership Card with a photograph of the Member (if supplied)

3– Use of abbreviation (FlnstPM)(or any other abbreviation as stated in page 3) after his name

(e.g.— Ahmed Hassan - FlnstPM) OR ( Ahmed Hassan -  Fellow of Institute of Professional Managers and Administrator)

HOW TO APPLY FOR INSTITUTE MEMBERSHIP

Fully complete the Application Form and attach all supporting documents - if you are not

certain of the Membership Grade for which you should apply, you may leave the decision to the

Membership Board. Then post this Form, supporting documents/C.V. and two passport-size photographs of yourself - together with your initial Membership Subscription - to the Affiliate Center at your local area.

INSTITUTE EXAMINATIONS

- Examinations for the Institute’s Advanced Certificates are open only to Members who are not eligible for Full Membership or Fellowship. The Institute’s six Advanced Certificates are in:

- Management & Human Resources; 

 -Marketing Theory & Practice;

 -Business Administration;  

 -Financial Management and Accounting;

 -Tourism, Hotel & Hospitality Management;

 -Strategic Management.

Examinations are held under strict invigilation; rules, regulations and syllabuses are available from the Institute’s Examinations Secretary, and will be supplied automatically to all new Members

Registration is opened for qualified people without study or examination.

معهد الاداريين المحترفين ( بريطانيا)   جهة اعتبارية  في بريطانيا وويلز لمنح الزمالة/ العضوية للاداريين / المدراء / المشرفين /  المهندسين/ المحامين / المحاسبين / المدرسين/ ضباط الجيش والشرطة وكل الذين يعملون في مشروعات التنمية والعاملين في المجال الحكومي  و رجال الاعمال. يؤخذ في الاعتبار المؤهل الاكاديمي ، المعرفة ، الخبرة العملية في المجال الاداري

الزمالة/ العضوية مفتوحة حسب الفئات التالية:

1- زميل FELLOWSHIP - FlnstPM

للمدراء الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس/الماجستير مع سنتان على الاقل خبرة ناجحة فى وظيفة قيادية (يعفى من الامتحان المقرر).

2- عضو كامل FULL MEMBER - MlnstPM

للحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس فقط  مع خبرة محدودة ( الاعفاء من الامتحان يقرره المعهد حسب الخبرة)

3- عضو مشارك ASSOCIATE MEMBER (AlnstPM)

للحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس فقط (بدون خبرة) وعليهم الجلوس للامتحان المقرر نحو العضوية الكاملة ومن ثم الزمالة.

الخطوات اللازمة للحصول على العضوية أو الزمالة

1- تعبئة نموذج التقديم مع الشهادات والسيرة الذاتية وصورتين فوتوغرافيتين وتسديدالرسوم المقررة

2– يتم فحص الطلب وتسكين الطالب فى الفئة المناسبة بحيث يعفى من الامتحان أصحاب الخبرات القيادية والشهادادت العليا ويتم تصنيفهم فى درجة (زميل معهد الاداريين المحترفين).

الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس فقط بدون خبرة يتم تصنيفهم فى درجة (عضو مشارك) وعليهم الجلوس للامتحان المقرر و فى حالة إجتياز الامتحان يتم تصنيفه فى درجة (عضو كامل) على أن يصنف فى مرتبة (زميل ) بعد حصوله على سنوات الخبرة اللازمة.

يمنح الطالب زمالة / عضوية   IPMA ويحق له الاشارة ( زميل IPMA ) واستخدام الاختصار  FInstPM     بعد أسمه ( أو إختصارات العضوية حسب الدرجة الموضحة . كذلك يتم :

إصدار شهادة الزمالة من بريطانيا.

اصدار بطاقة العضوية ( كرت الزمالة ) من بريطانيا.

اشتراك سنوي في مجلة (SUCCESS) التي يصدرها المهعد في بريطانيا في اخر البحوث والتطورات في مجال الادارة .

الطلاب الذين يتم قبولهم فى درجة (عضو مشارك) ويرغبون فى التصعيد لدرجة عضو كامل أو زميل عليهم الجلوس لاحد الامتحانات فىالمجالات التالية حسب التخصص:

1- أدارة المواردالبشرية

2-التسويق - النظرية والتطبيق

3-إدارة الاعمال

4-إدارة التمويل والحسابات

5-أدارة السياحة والفنادق والضيافة

6- الادارة الاستراتيجية

 بالاعفاء من الدراسة والامتحان.
