A great
place for students
Burlington
School has a capacity of 600 students across
three sessions in a day. We make every
effort to ensure a well-balanced and
culturally-mixed student population. The
school building is large and spacious and is
situated in a safe residential area (Fulham)
in the south-west of London. This desirable
area of London has a full range of shopping
and leisure facilities. This location is
ideal, as we are within walking distance
from many friendly English homestays, yet
are only 15 minutes by Underground from the
city centre and all the fun and excitement
London can offer.
Facilities
at Burlington School
The school
is well-equipped, with a coffee bar for
students' use, as well as a library, with
self-access materials and free internet and
e-mail (broadband), a listening centre and
an outdoor yard, where students can sit
outside. The school has its own student
Accommodation & Welfare Officer, Librarian
and Social Programme Organiser.
Open
all Year Round
Students can
start classes from any Monday, and the
school is open all year round, with the
exception of a two-week holiday at Christmas
and one week at Easter. If you have not done
so already, you are free to visit our school
at any time – just let us know when you are
coming.
Accommodation
We pride
ourselves on our homestays. Fulham, where
the school is located, is a good-quality,
safe residential area close to local shops,
restaurants and pubs. Some of our host
families are within walking distance, and
many are not far away by underground or bus.
The families are all visited by our
full-time Accommodation & Welfare Officer.
We can supply student hostel accommodation
at certain times of the year, and hotels as
well as student residences may be possible –
just ask.
A
personal service
Burlington
School is one of the largest privately owned
schools in London, however our agents can be
assured that any problems that may arise
will get the personal attention of the owner
and
Principal Ms Isabella Anders.

Classrooms are pleasant and
suitably equipped. The Burlington School
also has: video facilities, a number of

throughout the day from Monday to Friday and
at certain times at weekends.
